Trestle Youth Company is for passionate and dedicated young people aged 13 years and older who are committed to learning about theatre and want to work at the heart of a professional theatre company. Participants develop their theatre skills and techniques and work with actors, directors, writers, designers and technicians, as well as have the opportunity to create and perform their own shows. Trestle Youth Company runs Tuesday evenings during term time at Trestle Arts Base in St Albans.
Trestle Young People’s Theatre is for young people aged 8 - 14 years who want to participate in drama projects, learn new skills and make new friends.
Run by friendly tutors and visiting specialists, TYPT runs on Monday and Tuesday evenings during term time at Trestle Arts Base in St Albans. Participants don’t need any drama experience to join, just imagination, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to get on with lots of different people.
Story Tent is a fun-filled hour of storytelling and craft for pre school children and their parents. Story Tent runs every Wednesday during term time at 10.30am and 1.30pm at Trestle Arts Base in St Albans. Suitable for children two years and older.
