An evolving exhibition and installation by Kathryn Holt
Artist Kathryn Holt returns to the Gallery Café with a paper and shadow installation using reused and recycled materials. Kathryn will be using Paper cutting and folding techniques influenced by folk art traditions and playful paper manipulation remembered from childhood such as concertina paper dolls, and snowflake cutting.
At times Kathryn will be working on pieces on site and from conversations that arise with people in the café new work will be generated.
There will be opportunities for visitors to make things from paper both alongside Kathryn in the café and also in 2 free community workshops in February and March.
