The day will begin with a welcome and a cup of tea before we move outside for a grounding meditation session led by mindfulness coach and artist, Anna, to prepare you for the day ahead.
You will then work together to discover our individual hopes and dreams for the future. We will take time to become clear about your own dreams, goals and desires with a coaching exercise; learn about the power of vision boards and manifesting what you want in your life; let go of things that are no longer useful and learn about self-compassion. You will begin to create your own inspirational vision board which you can then display at home. Finally, you will learn how to use your vision board and the law of attraction to manifest your dreams and reach your goals.
We will end the day with a relaxing Yoga Nidra session led by yoga and meditation teacher Nicola Evans.
A delicious vegan lunch is included as well as snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Catering will be managed by massage therapist, Emma Dewey who is passionate about vegan food and healthy eating.
